Rachel Ackroyd opened 21st Century Clinic in January 2013 after many years of working on her own as a chiropractor. Based in Spencers Wood, near Reading, we offer a broad range of treatments from Chiropractic to Acupuncture, with the aim of getting the best results for each individual patient. Podiatry

If your foot hurts, or are experiencing any foot related pain book an appointment to see our Podiatrist. It is recommended that everyone visits a podiatrist once a year for maintenance and general foot care.

Sport Rehabilitators help people suffering from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system. They help people of all ages and all backgrounds to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury.
