Krystal Patteson

Sports Massage Therapist

BTEC Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy MISRM

Krystal was originally from Australia, until 2013 when she moved to the UK with her family. After practicing Accountancy for 15 years she used the relocation as a perfect opportunity to move into the sports massage field, something that she had always been passionate about.

Krystal has been involved in health and fitness in one aspect or another for the majority of her life. Training as a dancer and gymnast in her younger years and then onto Ju Jitsu and various team sports through to early adulthood. Krystal now does Crossfit and it’s been through this training and some minor injuries that she recognised the important role massage therapy plays in allowing the body to perform at its peak.

In 2013 Krystal began her training with the London School of Sports Massage as a Soft Tissue Therapist, achieving one of the UK’s highest qualifications in its field, a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage. She is also a member of the Institute for Sports and Remedial Massage.

Krystal assisted London Marathon finishers in 2015 and has dealt with a wide range of patients, from everyday people with day to day discomforts, through to fellow Cross fit athletes and professional stunt performers, helping them cope with injuries and aiding in their recovery. Krystal looks forward to joining the team at 21st Century Clinic and is excited about making a difference and eager to help others achieve their own peak physical performance.
