Lyndsay qualified with a degree in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2005. Prior to this she graduated with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation with Sport Science from St Mary’s University College in 2001. She is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Since qualifying she has gained extensive experience in the NHS, specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients. In 2012 she moved back ‘home’ to the south-east from South Wales to work at the Police Rehabilitation Centre, where she currently works treating serving and retired police officers. She will be joining 21st Century Clinic part-time alongside her full time job.

Continuing with professional development has always been important, with completion of many post-graduate courses. This culminated in completion of a Masters’ Degree in Neuromuscular Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2015. Her MSc has got her accreditation to the MACP (Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists), a group of over 1100 physiotherapists with specialist post-graduate training.

Lyndsay has always been active, formally as a competitive athlete and now by participating in running and cycling events – including 24hr relay running events!
