Sarah graduated in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Kings College London, and has an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine. Sarah has completed many postgraduate courses including Acupuncture, Pilates level 1, Massage therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, and taping.
She has a keen interest in sports as a competitive athlete, and as a Sports Medicine Physiotherapist. She is currently working with the English Institute of Sport and is the physiotherapist for the Great Britain Fencing Team, where she completes screening assessments, pre-habilitation exercises and extensive rehabilitation programmes with the athletes to assist in their full return to sport, reducing injury risk and aiding performance enhancement.
Since qualifying she also spent 6 years working for Reading Football Club and has also worked with England Basketball, elite rowers and at Twickenham Stadium with Oxford University Rugby Football Club at their Varsity match.
She has also been selected to provide physiotherapy cover at multi sports events including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Glasgow Commonwealth Games, World University Winter Games, BUCS championships, Home Nations, and The UK School games.
She enjoys the challenge of treating a variety of different injuries and conditions, assisting individuals to full function and fitness.
