I would highly recommend 21st Century Clinic. After falling down the stairs and injuring my shoulder I visited Rosie the Physiotherapist at 21st Century Clinic. I could hardly move my shoulder during the 1st visit but after 3 visits I could move my shoulder again and I was pain free!
